Wipe the npc item database and boot the server up, I forget how exactly but... Are you sure you're using a valid npc image number for vincent? Also try double checking the spawns and map he is set to spawn on.

Take it it's hosted in asia. What language is the client in, is it a gameshop ran pile of crap, do they have balance issues etc?

Re: EuroMir - Low Rate Discussion Max level is 29 and theres only about 18 users on. The maps are euro (As in 8 floors to PT etc) so I've not ran into anyone & if I did, doubt anyone has the damage to bother trying to pk. No idea on balance yet.

You need a reboot to apply the new stdmodes. Reloading the item db will create the items and make them clickable but wont alter the stdmode effects you changed.
