    The site is on a shared hosting account, which means scripts such as JS are loaded directly from the hosting account on which causes script lag.     No it's the host provider, as the site isn't collocated and so loading directly from one source. Has nothing to do with the coding of the site, just as the site source doesn't show you everything from the point of the site design.
