only team out there able to make a server and get a user count of 100 plus was ben and his lot, only problem is he dosent want to spend time on a new server, last few have just been copies of his old ones mainly, hence why users leave after few months.

lvl caps been done but when that is the case you need other things to do ingame to keep people occupied. Has any server tried doing lvls the other way around? Start lvl 100 and have lvl 1 the highest?

Like i said, you dont have to choose any of the themes if you dont want to. There will still be a normal side to the server with bosses/caves/quests/events ect to do, but if you want to do a theme you can choose to as the rewards will be better than the normal stuff. you can choose 1 theme or...
