check ur sql stuff the error connection stuff is sql not connecting the db and mir2server but not 100% sure but that's how I fixed mine hope this helps

the reason why u are getting multi coloured fuzzyness is cause it cant read the bitrate of that img say if ur files are ment to read 8bit and the files its trying to read are 16+
