ya had those setting but wont let me past the "Client Version not compatible" error :-\

I have same problem u had and i changed my language settings back (to German). But now i get "starttimer exception..." error. I think thats why the files / db is in chinese. How did u get this working? u used translated files / old 3.38 db files? Thx for help Miasma
