Fixed blaze, it is correct that sometimes a mob will be unaffected because of its AMC for example, however, the spell was bugged in the sense that it would always skip the first hit (so it only kicked in after like 3 seconds).

Tested it (you were there actually :p) and it seems to work (the mob does actually have to hit you for the spell to trigger, that might be why it didn't seem to work).

I've just tested Poison and Curse (2 variations per skill) and they both seem to work correctly. The description in the skill window needs to be changed, but that should be an easy fix.
