Looking to just make a local server to mess about with myself on my own as a gm..... Had one before but got a new system and lost my backup cd with TDS server files on it carnt get Herod to work goes to white screen and nothing else had 3 peeps look via team viewer and no one can get it to work...

can any one please host TD's all in one server files as thats the only one i know how to work :/ thanks in advance

ok so i have followed the guide, server is running but dubble click client.exe and game should boot but i get a pure white screen no error messages or anything what have i done wrong and how do i put it right so it works? thanks in advance

have a new probl;em got a pure white screen at login, any ideas running xp pro

ok go the server up and running (hero) and can get in to the db's but there is no admin/gm db do i have to make one or is there something elce i need to do to make my char gm? thanks in advance

did that only ms sql2000 now wont restore the db thats in the files as its not the format used by ms sql2000 its a ms office file/format how do i resotre the db? or can some one give me the db restore so that i can get hero working i have the client and everything elce now thanks

thanks so much got it working now just one more little problem, maps are black i can see the npc and mini map ok but main just black how can i fix or can some one put the 2.3 client up for download thanks

that is not the problem as the folder is c:/mirserver any outher ideas why?

ok maps are ok now thanks but a new problem is here i can not make a accoutn it fails on error -1 what is this and how do i fix/bypass this?

tryed that just and now nothing like maps npc ect load lol put them back and get error line 14 so took last 2 lines now error line 12 any outher ideas?

i have a problem in a mir 2 server and dont know where to turn now i have tryed every trick in the book and forums but still can not get mapquest.txt to work without error is there a way of loading the mir server with out the need for reading that file or do you have a working mapquest file...
