all gates seem to open but when you get to the char screen you get a message tellin u "server ident failed relog pls" has anyone got an idea how we can fix it

ok we're gettin the same problems all the time with guilds we think we fixed it put guilds bac in and after a week or so they seem 2 lag the server everytime any1 edits guild page or adds ppl 2 the guild some ppl thought it was the server exe but we changed that a few times now can any1 help...
