You say no heroes because it ruins pvp....which i agree with. But they help alot with leveling and boss killing so how about working on implementing a system which disabled your hero when you attack/are attacked by another player. No idea if its possible but its worth a try no?

Sounds like a good server, just hope it doesn't have the same fate as many medium-high rate servers have......people level way too fast/become over powered and people get bored with the server. Good luck.
