defragment your hard drive, overclock your processor (not recommended if you dont know what your doing), buy more ram. There isnt a "program" that will improve your speed, unless you use a XP tweaker, but that will only show moderate increases.

tbh, try and go for a bigger monitor. 17"? 19" if possible. i have a 19" monitor on my new build and it totally kicks ass

not always neo, look the the clock speed, pixel pipelines etc. the memory of the card doesn't always mean its better, some dynamically use your system ram also. shard can you post some links mate? and can you post some info on your motherboard, like if it is AGP or PCI-e compatable

whats confusing? to use super pi all you do is open it. and click calculate then select 1M

well the motherboard supports SATA, i cant see SATA2 so im checking that SATA and SATA2 can run off the same stuff...that ok with you? people make mistakes...
