The people/person using server ip 94.76.210.92 are hosting and running an
illegal Legend of mir server. I own the trademark on "the legend of mir" i
also own the copyright on the server files there are using.



I my self am a customer with you and use one of your servers to host a
legend of mir server. Mine is legal! Please look in to this matter.

Lol. I'm having a hard time getting the basics of this post but are you saying that lapta sent that e-mail to your hosting company? If so, what a ****ing retard. His spelling is appauling and you'd have to be a complete moron to believe any of it. It would take roughly 30seconds to find out who owned the real rights.

He ought to have his contract flagged for that.

What the idiot can't seem to understand is that while he may own the trademark and copyright at the moment wemade or gamepot or even actoz can step in at any time and take them back. But even now his copyright would not hold up in court anyway.

He is a retard plain and simple and hopefully no hosting company falls for his crap.

Very easy, as all they have to do is say. We have been operating under this name for X amount of years, this was only reged at X date. We are the sole owners and copywrite of the trade mark and wham bam thank you mam. They sue his ass off for hosting an ilegal server and take him for every penny he owns and then sue him for playgerism as well.

Would have been fun fighting the little toe rag for lomcn lol

he did a similar thing to me when i fist started darkrealm lol.
luckly i have a great relationship with my hosting company and they sorted it out very sharpish.

He owns a 24 hour PC repair comany + hes a manager of a college or some shiz like that
he earns like 250k a year from his PC company and 300+ from the college

Manager of a college? That's a new one on me. Canteen Manager on £6.75 an hour, maybe. Either way, no one earns 250k p/a in the education industry. And anyone who knows anything about private businesses knows you don't earn 300k p/a unless it is very, very successful.
