Wow, it looks quite professional!
I'm getting laggy using wil, and very laggy if i'm playing when I'm viewing a map (that would be normal).

Now I'll left it converting libs.

I'll feedback you

Thanks

Yes, if you use WIL it is very slow depends on on the fly convert (wil 24bit -> DX9 32bit)
The Converted files are 32bit Image and DX9 Conform. you will see, it is very fast with the iil/iix Lib ;-) same in zoom mode.

Yes it's really faster with IIL, but when you make zoom 3.12%, if you try to move, it crashes!

For all other things, I see that's OK.

PC was only wiped the other day, so its quite fresh.

When I zoomed in this far it locked the program up for a short while. Is this CPU uage normal?

Other than that looks very nice, will there be an option to add blocks of tiles i.e. an entire house?

Hello Mick,

this is normal, that the Software need a bit time if you Zoom to 3.12 %.
As Excemple on a Map with 350 x 350 steps :

For Tiles Stage :
(350 * 350) / 4 = 30625 Tile = 30625 Position = 30625 Images

For Back and Front Stage :

350 * 350 = 122500 Front Position + 122500 Back Position = 245000 Position

--------- = 275625 Position to check and more then 30625 Images to load and render.

In Zoom Mode 3.12 % you see the full Map so it is normal that you need a bit time to load and render more then 30625 Images. The next Point is, you has Blocker On, so you need again more Power. ;-) I mean the tool with using iil is fast enough.

To CPU :
yes, the CPU Count is normal, you use Immediate Mode on this Picture.
change in the ini the NoVSync to 0 and restart the Software, then you have normal
CPU Count if you need it.

to the last Question :
NO, it need to many time to build Makro things for it. I Build a part from my own system to the Mir3 Map Editor with this you can Hold down the Left Mouse and Paint more Blocks in next version.

EDIT : hmm if I have a bit time, I look if I can made a PlugIn like option, with this you can self build your own makros with a easy to use Text file.

Thanks for the Info Coly :) It gives us some idea of what its got to handle... a lot lol

No idea what you were talking about with the CPU stuff, other than it looks OK, so i'll ignore that bit :D

The last bit of info looks really promising!! If its possible, would be very nice.

@Farphit please test it and post me the information from Logfile.txt...
I believe your Graphic Chip don't understand post pixel blending operations..

Have a look at the mir2 mapeditor, in relation to how that use's .set files to group the objects together. I'm sure there is source around somewhere :).
