Probably the best to finish now rather than carry on for a few more years when he knows he can't.

But what a player he was. The best player I have watched in my lifetime by far, just in front of Zidane, but Messi is not far behind these two, and will probably leap frog them soon enough if he carries on.

Ronaldo had everything you wanted in a striker. Pace, power, skill and finishing.

We still don't know the true story of what happened in the World Cup 98 either. So many different stories.
