I Am not 100% sure what is the better files, Ruby or Heroes and wondering which would be the most stable if i was going to set up my own server due to C# giving me jip

Depends why C# gives you jip.
They are files in progress with an active group of people able to assist.
Heroes is a bit of a mixture of official and some coders own ideas, it has bugs and problems too. So if C# bugs and problems are what gives you jip, then there's a good chance Heroes will too.
Ruby files are similar in feel to C# but also has its own set of problems so there's a good chance you'll get yet more jip.
If I hadn't had any experience of any of the files and was just starting out, I'd probable choose C#. However, I'm well and truly Rubyfied so these files will always be my preference. There are a few workarounds for some Ruby bugs but others require hard coded changes that are outside of my remit.
