[2.3] Connection Close Help Please

Hello im using td,s server files im trying to put them online i have changed all the ips to 192.168.1.** and i have forwarded the ports 7000 7100 7200 now i can connect to it but my other computer can not i have tryed everything im using Bt Home Hub Router i have had the server online before but since changing to BT my other computer gets a black screen with the diamond logo in the top right cornor i did Loop Back but wasent sure how to use it any one have any ideas thanks

Has any one managed to port forward with bt home hub and got online working ?

I got mine working for other users but can't log on myself.
That's with Ruby.
I tried thedeath's forced address idea but it doesn't seem to work with Ruby or I missed something.

Im 100% my files are set up correctly all i think it is ' my ports are not open i carnt put my finger on it i can connect but not my other pc ill check some of those guides out thanks

If your thinking about making a 2.3 just know the server will have cheaters all over it.

If you're definitely sure , then maybe it's your router doesn't support to open online games to make people connect .. It happens to me alot , some routers doesn't open ports for servers , maybe you've got to change the router I think , I used HUWAWEI router and doesn't work , then I bought Belkin router and reopened the ports and it worked, also try to differentiate between TCP and UDP while opening ports , these type of ports making errors sometime.

Iv used the port checker abd it says its closed i have even tryed ports 25 80 all the ones that should be open an it still says closed and im using the td.s 2.3 beacuse alot of people miss the old files in action im not a fan of the new files eith the smaller play ect and iv tryed between tcp and udp still no luck i carnt change the router as everyone uses it

Are you using a static network IP or is it a dynamic? (192.168.1.###) I had to assign a static network IP on wireless as it changes the IP after the lease ends.

I've found that sometimes port checker will say that ports are not open when they are.

Check al the IP's are correct in the files, it's easy to miss one or two.

Post a screenshot of your router settings for the open ports too.
