Request .pak .data files

Does anyone know how to open .pak and .data files? What programme can I use? Also does anyone know the name of the weather file in a mir3 client? (Currently looking at Mir3Euro) Cheers.

I had the same question a few weeks ago, this thread is for the .PAK files, I'm unable to help about the weather though.

Thank you! Was wondering what the weather file is called in a Mir3 client? I am trying to find the rain effect, any ideas where to look? Cheers

The heroes data editor can open .data files I believe.
