I would suggest to aid you're very poor pitch, list what you'll require of them. Will they be bug fixing, or coding in a new feature. Guarantee you no coder will want to be a bug fixer, give them a reason to pm you!
Posting what your server is about will tempt them, every coder has their idea of what they like in a server, so whether its low, high or medium will change the coders view also.
