IPM File, does anyone know how to open these sort of files as i cannot see anywhere on forums that deals with them i have searched google but to no avail it tells me to d/l fileopener pro which i did but this did not open the said file

A search on the net reveals it to possibly be an image type. Several claims for the file including a method for images on mobiles.
Inventor Publisher Mobile to open it.

You're correct, you need to use python scripts to batch / unbatch the images.
I assume you are trying to pull the images out of the Mobile Mir source Ryan posted, in the source, there are python scripts you can run which will let you do this. I've not tried the scripts myself but this is how you'd do it (theres also a Delphi source for the AnimationPackageManager).
