yes, its fairly straight forward... what's the current theme?
loads of pre-built wp themes can be customised? and may look more modern?

read a few things...
https://thethemefoundry.com/blog/html-wordpress/
https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/converting-html-sites-to-wordpress-sites
https://pinegrow.com/docs/wordpress/convert-html-to-wordpress-theme.html

could even try this? - haven't tried it myself? but if it does the majority of the work that's good :P (not sure if free, never used)
https://htmltowordpress.io/

if all fails.. fiverr
https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?...&search_in=everywhere&query=html+to+wordpress

Yeah did a lot of reading on it today...it seems "fairly easy" if you have a very basic HTML site, but mine is really advanced. It works and looks just as good as any cms site but I lost the Dreamweaver templates so making any global changes now is next to impossible :hopelessness: what is it with me and backups?

Didn't think of fiverr!!

https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/converting-html-sites-to-wordpress-sites this site gave ma alot of the basics to start with , it also teaches you to understand how what you are implementing works , morever there is a youtube vid and then this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fKN2XbThHY his vid works and is very well explained if you have the time to follow his work. I used his method on two of my website pages , the only thing i had an issue with is the css on the dynamic pages need tweaking and youl have to go and scratch in the wp theme files or edit as admin by adding additional css.

Hope this helps :)

thats the website I linked above... o.0

Oh Geez ! My apologies for that one Martyn, well atleast i gave the video. By the way that YouTube video is a two part video the other one should pop up next if you decide to use that to immigrate your static html site to a dynamic WordPress themed one.
