Isn't that how rested xp works on most mmo's? Never known rested buffs for logged in afk players...
Rested afk SZ is only used to inflate online numbers.
Really it should be for offline users only.
Essentially it's not that difficult to make something people will enjoy.
The worst thing is having to do the same **** over and over until Lv40 because people can't be bothered to change the statup content. Archons had the right idea, albeit completely butchered it....but the areas that weren't ever used, finally got used and had to discover what items were best for you rather than knowing by default.
The same cave names/maps/mob names arent too much of a problem, but as Archons did he changed them enough to make the areas useful rather than obsolete and skippable.
I shouldn't worry too much about trying to balance a server for full-time and part-time players as it simply won't happen. Prioritise what you can control, and thats content you have...focus on content from the get go and not the end game add-ons that most people do.
And unless you have some nice ideas for the Sin/Archer i would suggest just 3 classes, as 5 of the traditional setups is too imbalanced.
