1.8.3 translation patch

hi i have just downloaded the 1.8.3 client ( recomended ) to find i cannot read the registration page , well i cant read anything , it says the link is coming soon for the files to be translkated , but i cant find them can you please tell me where i can download the patch to make the continuation possible please
