2.3 files working o.o

ok i have searched for mir 2.3 files on the forums page before i get a rollokin from the mod's :P

i found sum things but they say u need access & i still didnt actually see any form of d/l i only want em for offline use atm & wud like to drop a few skins into it any help wud be apreciated lol
