3.5x key problem - solved?

hello,
I've installed 3.55 and 3.56 on more than 10 hardware sets and some was ok while some returned key error...
today I've spoken with my chinese friends who told me that:
- if you have two processors machine - both processors should be same series (obvious),
- if you have SATA drive - installation should be ok
- if you have IDE drive - there is a big chance key would be not accepted :crazy1:

can anyone with SATA drive confirm - that even while sticking to manual they got key error
and can anyone with IDE drive who had key problem exchange drive to SATA and check if it is ok?

On every computer i have installed 3.55 the cd key has been accepted the only time it did not accept it was when i didnt have PRC language pack on

I have recently built my server

Spec's
P4 3.0 ghz 800 fsb

1gb ddr ram

40 gig IDE hdd

asrock mobo 800 fsb

Fast as hell

it has worked on it the only problem was my copy of xp >.< could not install (prc) language pack but found a program

Also

Have installed it on a simaler pc

But with a 150gb Sata hdd

With single IDE HD, the key work ok.

It works fine on IDE Drives, It works fine on having more than one IDE drive.
I have installed on Single Core (P4 & Athlon), HT (P4 521 & 630 Series) & Dual Core - all worked fine.

What it wont work on is a machine that does not have the Chinese (PRC) lang Pack installed, once registered it can be taken off and it still works.
No Matter what I have tried, it wont work on Windows 2003 Server even with the Chinese Pack Installed.

If you change ANY Hardware in the machine, the key is useless and has to be re-cracked but this in itself can lead to problems of not be able to crack it again (this is an Armadillo problem btw) - you either need a Armadillo Cleaner and to start again or re-format your machine.

The point been here is Armadillo anyhow is picky on what it works on, they have fixed many of the problems but of course 17NG and/or the crackers ain't going to update any time soon. The crack was probably made on a Chinese machine with XP Installed, it changes memory on the fly and as with any crack out there, its prone not to work on every single machine.

This was an example of the Early WoWEmu Cracks, originally this worked on I think about 75% of the hardware out there - this was later solved by better cracks. I estimate at some point you can forget about 3.55 anyhow, much like 3.40 was soon superseded by later versions.

how about making a keygen that makes a new key for the system its on? would that not fix the problem then all u had to do is run the keygen on each system

hmmmm not sure it can be done it would need to read the person's hardware code and then make a new code and stuff hmmmmm not sure will look around for a program 2moz

I seen afew keygens made in ASM that make keys from using harddrive serial maybe thats what you need
