If you'd sort out the text, i'd choose the first.

Cool cool, thanks alot people. On number 1, the text is placed their as it is in the orbit. I will change font and remove the scan lines.

Number one, although all three are way too big for my liking, if you want the text to look as though its in orbit I suggest you use the pen tool to bend it. Also, definately lose the scanlines and take the glow off, its stresses the text too much.
