Hi i dont have a clue even where to start makeing a website let alone linking it to my server so i was hopeing some one could make it for me and i will pay you though paypal for doing it for me??? or give me a guide on how to do it

This is why people dont use Ruby files as its hard to set up account system, you can manually make accounts though.
