Binkw32.dll missing

Well today i purchased civilization 4+ warlord expansion and when i try to run it i get this error

The procedure entry point_binkshouldskip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll missing

Anyone have any ideas what to do, I have tried google etc and came up with nothing that could help.

Install a codec pack.

Any idea which codec pack, because i really do not want to download a virus or get the wrong one lol

Install K-Lite, seems to do the trick with most missing codecs.

ive tryed both and getting the same error
