Cast time limit

Hi i was wondering if anyone knew if and how i could reduce the time between certain skills. I wanted to change BS so it only had a 5 second delay.

delay in magic db is set to 0 for all them skills already so its not that.
I think i explained my problem wrong i guess i should have said any warrior skill.
Bascially i want warriors to be able to use a skill every 5 seconds.

Yes 0 is the default timer for the spells, just change it accordingly.
