how can i make an cheaper npc ? that work's like one from sabuk/dmw ? i tryed to put %50 instead of %100 as i saw in the script leason that's the price rate but it still take's same amount of money like everywere else // i dont need to be exactly like the one's from sabuk/dmw as anyway only the guild owner's will have acces to him

best way to do this is set all npcs at a higher rate, lets say %400 and adjust your item prices DB side accordingly.
This way you can set you npcs to be half price at %200, or quarter price at %100

if a weapon in ur db have a price 2000 gold set it to 500 than go in all npc that sells weapon and put 400% than the server look db 500 * 4 (4*100%)=2000 gold so u have the old price for all normal player if u make a guild npc than make as example
300% than the guildmember pay 1500 gold
200% than the guildmember pay 1000 Gold
100% he will pay same as in db 500 gold
