Client fails?

I used this guide

And setup a Holley 3.55 server, the server runs fine, but i cant find a working client?
It says

These files use the latest european mir3 client and exe. It now uses a mir3.cin file to store the ip and server name so visit the following site to decode that file.

So i downloaded the euro client from GamersHell, as the Mirfiles said 28hours to something stupid
Edited the mir3.cin file as it says using Kaori's site, also tried making a complete new one.
Anyway, When i boot the client on my PC it does nothing. doesn't show, not in processes.

Whats happening with it? can someone locate me a client taht acctually works?
Dont say search, i get an error when i try to search

Download my Root files from here..

http://66.7.199.30/~sting3g/StingPatches/stingroot.rar (username / password = patches / sting3g)

put them into your Legend of Mir root folder.

Then you need to use the program ListMake (which comes with the server files) to make a new HL_Mir3G.ini file. This replaced the .cin file that used to be used.

Put the HL_Mir3G.ini into your root folder and then run the Sting.exe that came with my root files.
