LOL THE **** IS THIS?! The most complicated **** ever!!!! :mad-new:

Does anyone have experience with this combination? Trying to telnet into my web hosting but a) I can't find a login that works and b) cPanel generated SSH keys aren't compatible with PuTTY, so I downloaded puttygen to convert the key and it then says the server refused my key so I tried generating a fresh key in puttygen and then importing it to cpanel but ofc that doesn't work either because as explained in point b, they don't read the same. Must be doing something wrong.

are you trying to login via telnet or ssh... if you need help let me know, ssh is simple.. but if your host has it disabled.. you cant log into it..

Normally reseller accounts have SSH disabled by default. You may have to contact your host for them to enable it. Of course ignore this if you are logging on as root.
