What brand/model motherboard.

Powerleap does not have any upgrade's for that board and I wouldn't recommend something like that anyway. Besides, they are an American company, I doubt they ship overseas.

If you want to spend about 120 you can get a P4 2.8, if you want to spend around 70~ you can get a lower spec'd celeron.
