Creat a GM / Admin Account !

whe are can i creat a Admin / GM Account ?
i have edit gmlist.txt and not work :-(

C:\WooolServer\data\gmlist.txt

samurai/1
Falador/1

samurai/1343
Falador/1343

my Account Name in SQL is: samurai (=ID) my CharName is Falador,
1343 is my ID what have give me the Server can´t change 1343 into other ID Nr :-(

Pls help whe are i can creat a GM/Admin Char / Account.

have testing all Commands from cmlist and not activate my GM Char /Rights :-(
(0)gm=GameMaster ;;not work :-(
all the other Commands for GM (1) not work :-(

i get this message:

Falador can not find where the line will own GameMaster, please check whether the data transfer

Loginname/1343 ist richtig wenn du im game bist musst du @gm schreiben und enter drücken so weiß der server das der char den du grade auf dem GMaccount nutzt auch die rechte geniest.

desweiteren sind die befehle auf der linken zeichen des "=" gültig also für level=setlevel gilt
@level (welcheslevel zb 100) also in dem Fall @level 100 //an deiner stelle machs nicht habs mit einem char gemacht hatte danach nen bug aber zb lvl 30 und 35 sind kein prob.

desweiteren gehen dinge herzustellen mit @make komischer weise kann man aber nicht alles herstellen wieso weiss ich nicht. MPBundle(M) kann man erstellen HPPotion(s) geht zb nicht HPPotion(m) geht wieder. items gingen alle tränke naja eben nicht.

Loginname/1343 is correct. if u are ingame u must write @gm and the server knows that the char that is on the gm account have the rights from a GM. Futhermore the commands from the leftside on the cmdlist is importend if u read level=setlevel so u have to write ingame @level (wichlevel?100?) than u have to write @level 100. (i had done it with 100 but after that the char was buggy) with lvl 30 or 35 it was no problem.

futhermore u can make items with @make it is confusing that u can make some items and someitems not as example HPPotion(S) not possible but HPPotion(M) is possible to make?!?!
so build items are all work but not all Potions why ever ?!?!
