U can change it on MAPINFO in map info put DAY or NIGHT (I don't try NIGHT but maybe it works)

can be any usual map attr like safe, fight, day, rain nodisconnect etc etc
and then

ResetMapAttr "3"
to reset it all

On 3.38 and 3.40 we have to need ResetMapAttr before we can set again things. :-/
Many things test with the Day-System working automatic.
