I think it's P2P or very hard to obtain account because i just poped onto the forum and everyone is selling or buying accounts.

Hard to get accounts unless you pay for them since they use the new system where you need to verify KSSN with a korean mobile number etc.

Played this have my Own Account as its Pretty much Impossible to Create a Korean one i Tryed and in the End i Eventually Bought one Played for a while baht i Dont really have time to Play anymore.
