HELP!!! i have a file that i got else where...

i have a file that i got for a different server and i not sure what the pass is on this file i have was hoping that some of you guys could find me the same files or the password for the file plzzz i have been trying to get the file for a while now and now look but THEN i get the file and its passworded and no password came with it so any ways would some one help me plz i will be so so so happy if you did help me
