Help - iTunes - Corrupt file

The file or directory \Documents andSettong\?*?*\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl corrupt and unreadable. Please can chkdsk utility.

Ive run the only chkdsk it will allow me too...the others say drives not ready...it appears all my playlists and library has disapear'd and im completely unaware of whether i can retreive them and dont want too plug my ipod in as it'll wipe it.....Thanks in advance for any assistance.

if the music is on your HDD, move them somewhere and reinstall itunes again. if they are all on your ipod, remove the ipod, reinstall itunes. simple.

'Most' of them are on my ipod but not all and it works like from iTunes - iPod and not vice versa
