[King] How to translate exe?

Any one know how i can translate this exe, i try with ultra edit but this exe are compress, i use http://legroom.net/software/uniextract for decompress it but dont give result (it say me is possible ace file but dont work).

Is launcher for king.

You can't just translate the .exe, you would have to translate any .dll that comes with it and unless you know anything about unpacking and packing, then your in for a long journey.

Launcher dont have dll for this reason i need unpack exe but dont have program for it .

Any mod can change tittle? i write it on mobile lol soz.

You first need to find out what its been packed with, once you know that, then you use the correct program to unpack it first.

Packers & Unpackers

If its not packed you can use PE Explorer.

Ye this is me question how i know with what program are packed.
