I can't really understand your French, is it? But I think your trying to say you wish to setup a static IP for a network machine. As opposed to having a static IP for your internet connection.

First off reverse what you've done locally. Your routers DCHP server is perfectly capable of assigning a static network address. Next go into your router config and look for options on DCHP/IP Assigningment or DCHP Leases.

If you find leases, give it 'unlimited' or a signifficantly high number.
If you find DCHP/IP Assignment, assign the approapriate IP to the MAC address of your network card.

Obviously I'm not familiar with your router, so my suggested settings are very general.
