JoB1.4 Client Error

Hi guys,

I have a LS JoB 1.4 server who is running perfectly. To know that I used KaoriSetupChecker.

My problem know is the Client. It is a Chinese JoB 1.4 Client, who I got from stings HP. I took the Mir3.exe from the server Package and copyed to the WeMade folder on my PC. I changend the Ip and tryed to run it.
After a couple seconds I get this message, without trying to login in:

I propose that it means that he can't connect to the server.
I checked tin the Mir3.ini the ip again and the port. It is the right one.

So I don't really no what do jet. Has anybody got the same mistake and know what to do.

Or can anyone send me a link for another Mir3 1.4 JoB Client (it would be verry cool if anyone has one in english).

I am really stressed out because I worked a 2 weeks to get the server started and now I just need a Client... pleassssssssssssssse help me guys

The client deffo works, I have set one up using those files before.. I just can't remember any errors.

My server runs perfektly could you make me a quick guid how to set up the client maybe I will find the misstake

There is a guid what I did:


1. changed the mir3.exe with the exe from server runpack.
2. changed mir3.ini
3. changed mir3patch.ini that he dosn't try to get autoupdates from the other server
4. changed mir3selpatch.ini to do the same think as by mir3patch.ini

I thought job uses Mir3.cin?

but its an ini data i just looked it up again because i wasn't sure

maybe thats the problemthat the client i download uses a ini data but the mir3.exe from the server needs a cni dat.

Kaori don't you have a job 1.4 client you can give me with a cni data to try it out

you have to use china client. if there's no CIN file then ignore my previous post.

I am using a Chines Client, but its not working with that one. Right now I try it with the job client from you kaori. So I was right the mistake window asks me if I want to reconnect.
So Its probably my router right ?? Because KaoriSetupChecker says he can connect from outside.

All config should point to 127.0.0.1
except

TBL_SELECTGATEIPS. (has 7100)
and
DBServer's ini. (has 7200)

TBL_Serverinfo should be the right IP to or??
With DB Server ini you mean !serverinfo.txt, mirlogin.ini ans so on right ???

those 2 are real net ip

I have a Idea i give a list of documents where i need to change the ip's and you say me if need the real one or the localhost ip, because my english is not as good as yours:

-TBL_PUBIPS
-TBL_SELECTGATEIPS
-TBL_SERVERINFO
-!serverinfo.txt
-MirLogin.ini
-!Setup.txt
-mirgate.ini for SelCharGate and RunGate

did you test it on the same computer yet?

set all to 127.0.0.1

if all works, then change those 2 to real ip for outsiders
