Read what I said num nuts, the LiveBox won't run the server. You need to update the firmware for it to work and its not easy.

The live box runs the same way as Netgear do and just using port forwarding is not going to work. He needs to check if he has the virtual server as part of the forwarding option as this needs to be set.

If not then he needs to ether update or back date the firmware in order to work.
