Any idea how to fix this error message?

Running CD 3.55 server files with LS envir and using EIServer.exe as cant find a code for CD.exe.

any help appreciated.

Your !setup.txt is not OK. Read the LSGuide, it shows how to make it works fine

I keep having my !setup.txt cleared for some reason, I open it and it is fine, log off pc, come back later and open !setup.txt and all the info is gone, annoying having to keep set it up. so any1 have any ideas as to what is going on?
