"low rate" servers :/

For a long time im seeking for a good low rate server now
but it seems like i have to give up
Yeah there were a few server with 2x or 3x exp but they all sucked when it comes to individuality, drop rate ( imo near every of these "low rate" servers
had too much highlvl items ingame after a month or so they all had lvl 30+
items in normal shops and this sucks
and the organisation of most servers were crap
now im im setting all my hope in Team Delta ( where nothing happends...well nothing that i can see maybe they are working in the background)

so pls if anyone thinks that he could bring out a nice organized low rate
server which dont go down after a few weeks BRING IT ON

oh and no offence but please no hellcaster / shogun servers

Well my server is low rate but at the moment im having SQL problems and so far theres no solution to my problem, here are some screenshots of my server.

hope you will get it sorted and if you do i hope the item drop rate is good
maybe one day i can call this server home

i played on xtreme servers for some time it is a really good server but defently not low rate
