Making Window Mode Program?

Its possible as seen on MirMyth as most people have seen.
I supose it wud come in hand for people,
i have th commands and stuff from when u tick box and for the actions it does, (Suposed to be securly locked so cant see commands)
just dont know how to make a .EXE work...

Any programmer want to PM me as we could make alot of things.

Was posted about 2 years ago. Didn't d anything useful though. Just dissapeared.

I'll have a go at it some time within the month.
