Monadditem - example?

I found command Monadditem but I do not know how to use it, could someone give me example?

Where did you find it? Have you searched your files for it and looked how its currently used?

I presume its used to add an item to a mobs drop file, I think its used only in a certain area though.. not for all mobs of that type.

In LS-3G-EnvirV1 search monadditem with "Actual Search & Replace" and i can't find it.
