Don't like it atall, for a start don't even know what the writing says, also the colour of the writing doesn't go with the background and the whole thing looks too stretched.

[IMO]

Maybe its a hint to find another picture to use or maybe find a way of not stretching it so much? :O

imo it looks pretty stretched and overall I agree with Jay

orrrrrrrr...just change the size of the girl... if you click the layer that the girl is on, and press Ctrl+t then it will magically become changable (Photoshop CS2)

and yeah, it does look way stretched

I just gave my comment about it.

1) it may be acceptable elsewhere
2) he could square it to a smaller size not bigger
3) He could cut it out a bit and use it in the sig but with a different bg
4) find a better quality version and adapt it

He asked for an opinion I gave an opinion based on the image, not on the suitability of the image for a sig here.

However, if it was used as a sig, then i would comment if it appeared too big to me. (I dont go measuring sigs to see if they fit, i look and guess, if there is a dispute i measure, dont try to be smart with me, your not)
