color wise its pretty generic, looks like a free temp, as for the BG colors in the boxes, unless you plan on iframing it, its not gonna repeat properly, same for the rest.

Are you ****ing serious, Slice ur images all you want your still using HTML. Just take 10mins and set it into a css layout, the easiest thing ever.

Font sucks CS d!ck. Other than that, it's average, looks like a standard template. No point giving tips to improve, start again tbh.

red is the worst colour to use when desinging a layout as the colour will allways be distorted, so my advice to you is.......

change it to purple
