People being disconected

Hi lomcn i have a problem, people once playing the game after login off or having a kick* cannot log back in. The character select comes up and you may start the game but it does not connect with the ei gate. It keeps loading.

I have figured out that if i will log on personal on their account it fixes it for a while, but then comes back again.

Any help preciated.

It seem to happen when db error occures on eigate.

Any ideas?
