Photoshop need guide

I know this is were mir 2 server help goes but ive been looking for guides on Adobe Photoshop CS5. Anyone got spare links for good Photoshop.

I wouldnt mind a guide on the followings...

-To Blend in colours and pictures.
-To Cut around pictures.
-To Shade stuff in.

To make good font and stuff.
