php embed script - vbulletin

Does anyone know how I can embed a php script into a thread in vbulletin and I don't mean by showing the code, but it shows as per below image.

I've added in so that vbulletin can read from the folder location, I just need help with getting it to actually show in a thread.

You would most likely need an addon for it.

Not to familiar with php but, maybe there is an OLE that you can use?
