plugins for the m2server

Anyone know what CrypKey.dll, borlndmm.dll, M2server.dll do to the m2server exactly? I know they are plugins, but what do these ones do.. Im also lookin for the .dll that gives u the usercmd for Qfunction.txt

borlandmm.dll is the Memory Manager from Delphi Borland. this DLL you nead if the PlugIn Dll use Strings form game to DLL.
